Refund Policy
Cancellation
We only accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging. Please include a purchase receipt or other proof of purchase with your return. Please do not send the product directly back to the manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs no more than once (this includes return shipping); we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund appears. Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service001@coona-pol.com.
